What Are the Most Comfortable Eyeglasses on the Market?

Comfort is an individual thing, for instance, some people wear contacts because they don't enjoy having to worry about glasses. On the other hand, the idea of putting something in their eyes makes some people squeamish and they can't fathom wearing anything but eyeglasses.

Yet, even those who make that choice to wear specs agree that glasses can be a bit cumbersome at times. The shape at the bridge is the most importan
t a
spect of determining comfort and is where the source of aggravation often stems. These types of glasses often leave r
ed marks on the no
se because they grip too tightly. This can make them very hard to wear.

More often t
han not, such frames are made out of plastic, this doesn't mean that plastic will always be uncomfortable, in fact, some designer names are stamped on plastic frames.

Which leaves the question of what types of eyeglasses offer the most comfort to those who chose glasses over contacts?

Plastic eyeglasses:
Plastic eyeglasses are economical, stylish and above all, they can be
comfortable when made correctly. How comfortable? Well, this can largely depend on the make, model and style of the frames. For example, cat ey
e frame glasses are said to be easy to wear, whereas larger, boxier frames are heavier and harder to keep from sliding. Constantly having to push glasses up can be awkward and far from comfo
rtable. Plastic isn't the only material that glasses are made out of though. It is these other materials that often offer greater comfort than plastic can.

Metal:
Believe it or not, metal frames tend to be lighter on the face than plastic eyeglasses,
making them far m
ore comfortable. This is because the frames are thinner and have less bulk. They can also form into more
pleasing and fashionable shapes making them a preferred choice among eye glass wearers.

Titanium:
Titanium eyes glasses can run a bit on the expensive side if you get true titanium glasses that are well made and not imitation. The expense is not without cause! Titanium eye glasses are generally light weight, corrosion resistant and can take being sat on! They can also give a snug fit on the nose, keeping them from slipping. This feature is one of many aspects that enhance comfort for the wearer. They are also extremely sturdy and come in a large variety of shapes and colors.

'Memory-Metal' Flexon:
A revolutionary product, memory metal Flexon glasses are feather light and can be bent a variety of angles. This makes them super durable. It also makes them super comfortable! Because the metal bends and expands it can shape around the bridge of the nose. Over time, the glasses will "remember" the exact shape of your bridge, so that they sit there undisturbed until you take them off. No more pushing your glasses back into place 101 times a day! Out of all the above glasses, true Flexon memory metal frames are the highest, with frames starting in at around $80.00 and springing upwards towards the higher end hundreds.

How to measuring your PD(Pupil Distance)?

This should be done with glasses off, if the numbers on a ruler are difficult to see, then a magnifying mirror may help.

1. Whilst looking into a mirror hold a ruler against the bridge of the nose with one hand.

2. Close your left eye, and line the '0' up with the centre of the pupil of your right eye as shown in the diagram.

3. Without moving your head or the ruler open the left eye and close the right eye. Read the number that lines up with the centre of the pupil of the left eye. This number represents your Distance PD in millimetres. You have just used this technique to measure your distance PD.

4. Repeat this whole process at least 3 times to try and get a consistent measurement in millimetres. Make sure your head and the ruler do not move after lining up the zero on the ruler until you take the reading.

What Is Pupil Distance (PD) ?

(PD is also called Pupillary Distance and Inter-Pupillary Distance )

buying prescription eyeglasses online you have probably seen the term PD or pupil distance so what is (PD)?>>>The distance between the center of the pupil in one eye and the center of the pupil of your other eye.PD varies from person to person but once you are an adult, your PD does not change. Therefore, as an adult, if you have had it measured, then it will still be the same, even if your spectacle prescription has changed. Once you know your PD, you do not need to measure it every time you buy prescription glasses.PD is measured either during the eye test or when prescription glasses are ordered so it is best to make sure your PD is included in your eyeglasses prescription.

What do these numbers mean?

Size:51-16-130 mm
Total Width:25 mm
Lens Height:130 mm

The size numbers next to the frames are measurements in mm (millimeters).

For the listed SIZE of the frame,

  • the first number is the width of the lenses;
  • the second is the distance between the lenses,
  • the third is the full length of the temple/arm (including the part that goes behind your ear)..

The LENS HEIGHT is the distance from the highest point on the top to the lowest point on the bottom of the lens.

The TOTAL WIDTH of the frame is the distance across from the far left to the far right of the frame when looking straight at it.

Tips to Help You Choose the Perfect Eyeglasses

Choosing the perfect eyeglasses is very important for a number of reasons. First of all, the frame must fit your face properly. Everyone's face is different in shape and size, so the eyeglasses have to cover the eyes properly. If not, a person's eyesight can be compromised. The lenses do not fit around the eyes in the best way they can. Second, the eyeglasses do not look right if their color and their shape are not correct, making them look odd on a person's face.

Another reason to have eyeglasses that are perfect is because glasses are not really so dreadful to wear nowadays. They have become smaller, but individuals do adapt to their small size in a short period of time. Glasses are seen as a way to make a person look intelligent and have actually become a fashion statement in many sectors.

How to choose the perfect eyeglasses

Choosing eyeglasses is not something to make a rash decision on. Here are some tips to help you choose the perfect eyeglasses:

- Look at the features of your face - Glasses accentuate certain features, so you don't want to accentuate the wrong ones. If you have nice features that are not very "loud," then you can choose eyeglasses that will bring out those features. If you have features you want to make a little more subtle, then your glasses should only bring out those things that you want them to bring out.

- Pay attention to your colors - Individuals have different hair color, eye color, and skin color. It is important that the glasses go with your coloring. If you have red hair and freckles, you may not want to invest in bright red glasses. Those with dark skin should go with a lighter pair of glasses. Those with lighter skin should go a bit darker. Think of it as a scale from lightest to darkest and then classify the colors of glasses in the same way while examining the glasses that you like.

- Branded vs. unbranded - It is true that branded eyeglasses are of a better quality. As for what brand you buy is going to depend on how much money is in your wallet. Don't buy a pair of eyeglasses just because they are a brand. Make sure that you're buying a pair of glasses that looks good on your face.

- Selecting the lenses - Selecting the lenses can actually be difficult. This is because there are many options when it comes to lenses. Those options include: the option to have thick lenses thinned out, anti-glare coatings, tinting, and so much more. The establishment you're buying from will review all of your options with you. However, only purchase those options that you feel you need because the lenses can become more expensive than the glasses if too many unnecessary options are chosen.

These are the most common and most important things to consider when choosing your eyeglasses. In terms of having lenses thinned out, this can be very important in your decision as to what frame to choose. This is because the thickness of a lens can severely compromise the appearance of the frame. If you have a high prescription that result in very thick lenses, this is an option you may want to consider in order to make your glasses look better on your face.

Style With Designer Sunglasses

Designer sunglasses have become the must have fashion accessory for celebrities from all walks of life. Both men and women tend to follow the trend of their favorite celebrity, and even if they cannot afford the top designer names will go for other well known brands or copies of the real thing. Even those who wear glasses for medical reasons can now buy designer frames, although that is a very recent thing. Sunglasses, on the other hand, have been seen more as a fashion accessory than an aid in sunlight since the nineteen thirties.
It is not an easy job to get the kind of designer glasses that you want at a price you can afford but there are some lower priced designer sunglasses that are just as attractive as those from the big name designer houses. If you want to know what sunglasses are both fashionable and useful for keeping the dust from your eyes and protecting your sight from the harmful UV rays of the sun? It is well worth taking a look in the fashion magazines or trawling the internet to find sunglasses that suit both your style and your pocket.
Before you spend a lot of money on your designer sunglasses it is worth doing some research. There are some fashion houses that offer discounts and money saving coupons on some of the high name brands, so it is worth taking the time to look for some of these bargains. There are some discount stores on the internet that deal only in designer and designer style sunglasses. If you look hard enough you can get Dior, Prada, and Gucci sunglasses at discount prices and if your budget doesn't run to the real thing then there are some really good copies available now.
There are different types of sunglasses available. Most good sunglasses will have Polaroid lens, which are designed to protect your eyes from the harmful rays of the sun. Aviator style sunglasses are popular not just because they look so stylish but because they also give extra protection as they cover the whole of the eye and wrap around the face - this stops strong sunlight from affecting your eyes.
Nowadays you can get designer sunglasses that are made especially for sports like fishing, golf and skiing. These sunglasses have special lenses, depending on what you are doing, and cost more because of these special properties. Designer names to look for in sporting sunglasses are Ray ban and Nike.
Designers like Armani have a new collection of designer sunglasses every year, as do Dior and Prada. Because men, as well as women view designer sunglasses as a must have fashion accessory these fashion houses usually have designs for both. Gucci and Dior sunglasses have their own special signature usually on the arms of the sunglasses and this can make them difficult to replicate. In recent years there has been a trend back to the large sunglasses that were made so popular in the nineteen sixties by people like Jackie Kennedy, and these are made by most of the big fashion houses and come in a range of colors. Sunglasses have been a popular accessory for more than seventy years and it seems that their popularity is set to continue.

Gucci Sunglasses

What exactly makes these sunglasses a staple in our stars' wardrobe? Apart from its exclusivity (read: you have to be really rich to afford a pair of those sunglasses, or be mighty thrifty to save up for a pair) every Gucci pair exudes style, class and grandeur.
Gucci sunglasses immediately conjures up images of trendy styles that look good and work even better. But if you're expecting the ordinary, you probably don't want to stop here. Gucci sunglasses are favorites of many, from the stars to the ordinary people who simply want a great pair of sunglasses.
So what kinds of fashions can you expect from Gucci sun glasses, and where do you find them? The answer to the latter question is easy. Gucci sun glasses are available from hundreds of retailers. Just remember before you buy that you're looking for genuine Gucci quality and you should verify that you aren't buying an imitation or a "Gucci look-alike."
When considering the myriad of fashion choices available for sunglasses, Gucci sunglasses takes many of those even one step further. Whether you're a fan of wrap-around styles or just enjoy different color choices, Gucci has something for you. If you like to see the world in pink, you'll find several options in the line of Gucci sunglasses. If you prefer blue, you'll find those too.
The only things you're not going to find in the Gucci sunglasses line of products are the ordinary. Gucci has made a name for itself with trendy clothing at the cutting edge of fashion and Gucci sunglasses fit right into that line. These manufactured by Gucci are an important part of the fashion statement sought by many. For most shoppers, choosing only one pair will be the biggest challenge of shopping for Gucci sunglasses.
For some people, sunglasses are merely a convenience. They're nice to have when you're facing the sun in your car or looking across water from your boat. But for some, sunglasses are a vital part of their attire. Those people demand quality performance and looks from them. And Gucci sunglasses provide the answer.
These are the ultimate in cool sophistication. Gucci uses dark lenses and frames for classic styling that is still very functional both indoors and outdoors.
Gucci designer sunglasses are as stylish as the many Gucci fashion lines. These sunglasses coordinate with them, too. Branded with the distinctive "G" of the Gucci line, this eyewear is always beautiful and trendy at the same time. Hollywood stars have worn them for years because of their style and quality. All Gucci designer sunglasses are made in Italy with high-quality materials. They may have a long history with Gucci name, but they are always contemporary and high-style for any kind of outdoor activity. These are the perfect choice if you want classic, high-quality good looks and style that will never go out of style.

Chanel - Useful Information About Chanel Sunglasses

Coco Chanel revolutionized women's fashions in the early twentieth century. The jersey knit suit with characteristic black piping and gold buttons are icons of comfort and professional attire. When the Parisian fashion house that she founded entered the sunglass industry in 1999, twenty-eight years after her death, it produced them in conjunction with Luxottica.
Genuine Chanel fashions bear the trademark: forward and backward overlapping letter "C's". Every thing about the Chanel line says urban sophistication and haute couture. Even the aviators in the Chanel Sunglasses' line are more sophisticated and display upscale styling. It makes a fashion statement about private or corporate jet setters rather than business class flying.
Like most designer lines--Chanel is pricey. No one wants to waste money though and bargains may be found in even high end brands. Even Chanel's top of the line 6022q range from $210 up to $605 depending on the retailer. Elegance can come at a bargain price! There is really not a better summer accessory than Channel sunglasses for the quintessential Chanel suit.
Found a knock off of those designer shades? Shh! The fashion police aren't watching and you'll pay even less. How much less? The internet has web sites that offer suitable replica Chanel for under $20. Most people can spot the differences but the styles are flattering anyway. Chanel Sunglasses inspire a full range of low end sun glasses. Inspired but still missing something. The genuine article will always be just a tad better.
If the trade mark features are missing then most people who are true aficionados of Chanel will notice. Better to look for clearance pricing and make one good purchase than to buy a drawer full of cheaper sunglasses. Care for them and enjoy them for several seasons. Vintage styles are marketed side by side with the latest styles so there is really no reason not to hang on to a good pair. After all they will probably come back into style later on down the road.
Although there are the heavy plastic frames with large lenses like style Chanel 6012 there are also the fragile styled wire rimmed sunglasses like style Chanel 4017. A real estate professional who drives clients around a lot might make better use of the heavy eye shielding dark plastic sunglasses. Some one who only sees a little light most of the day will appreciate the paler lenses with their fashion styling.
Chanel sunglasses offer many sizes and shapes of lenses designed to flatter any face. Oversized lenses like Chanel 6013b will work great with big hair and a sharper chin. Smaller style Chanel 6030 could look better on an oval face perhaps with longer hair. The exaggerated styles like the large tortoise shell pattern on Chanel 5096b will complement the trendy retro and vintage clothing in youthful wardrobes. Minimalist color and style in Chanel 4151 will look great with a pastel outfit. No matter which of the Chanel sunglasses are chosen they will look wonderful with a Chanel suit, shoes, scarf and handbag.

Designer Chanel Glasses

There was a time when sunglasses were nothing but protective gear that shielded delicate eyes from harmful UV rays. Hard to believe, considering the fact that sunglasses have now become a strong fashion statement! And, after viewing Sex and the City, you can never look at designer Chanel sunglasses as anything but sleek and sexy.
The house of Chanel has long been the world leader in fashion accessories. Unlike some brands that go out of fashion, Chanel has never really had a dull moment, thanks to Coco Chanel's originality and style. Chanel became a brand unparalleled when its perfume rose in ranks to beat the best. Sunglasses were not too far behind!
Designer Chanel sunglasses are expensive. But people buy them because of the brand name and the excellent quality they offer. They are also quite stylish and make stunning accessories. So, your 'investment' in a Chanel is well worth it.
When you choose your sunglasses, select something that sits well on your face and goes nicely with your clothes. Chanel has a large variety of selections from big blacks to iridescent, trendy and sassy designs.
So, where do you buy your designer Chanel sunglasses from? Well, you can step into a reputed shop nearby or you can have the pleasure of enjoying some great online shopping. Online shopping allows you to select the latest in styles.
Presently, the trend has re-actualized to the look specific to the sixties. This look is nevertheless modern with quilting on the arms and a high class distinction. One great aspect of shopping online for this kind of products is the possibility of getting enough info on the sizes so as to be able to make a good choice. Thus, for each model of Chanel glasses you are given the type of lens, the size of the bridge and that of the temple. Even so, you cannot rule out chances of mismatching completely, but the odds are significantly lower. Besides, if you are not content with your purchase, you can return the glasses within thirty days and get a refund.

How to Find the Best Reading Glasses For Your Face Shape

When selecting reading glasses and sunreaders, it is important to take into consideration your face shape. You may love the funky design of a great sunreader, but will it be flattering on your face? Or would you look ridiculous and peculiar?

It would certainly be helpful to have an honest friend to bring along during your shopping trip. But that's not always effective, especially when you don't have a friend who has a tuned aesthetic eye. Or you might end up bringing someone who would just nod approvingly to each frame.

Luckily, there is another way to choose the best reading glasses for you, without involving a friend who does not want to hurt your feelings. This strategy is great when you are planning to surprise everyone with your new look. And the strategy simply involves the use of geometry, your basic knowledge of shapes.

If you can tell the difference between a triangle and a square, then you've already acquired the basic skills. If you can distinguish an oblong from an oval, then you're in good shape. And if you simply look at the mirror and honestly analyze the shape your face resembles, then you can buy the reading glasses best suited for you.

Flattering reading glasses for a triangular face

You friends may have teased you about the triangular singularity of your face. Your forehead is unusually narrow, while your chin and cheeks are distinctly wide. When people look at you, their eyes are drawn to the dominant lower half of your face.

The good news is that you have something in common with Julia Roberts and Eric Bana.

More good news is that you have a wide variety of choices when it comes to reading glasses! However, that does not mean that you can let someone else buy your reader glasses. In fact, the best reading glasses for a triangular face are low-temple styles, semi-rimless frames, aviator style reading glasses, and cat-eye frames. If you are not savvy to the names of such frames, all you need to remember is to choose reading glasses that will add width to the upper part of your face.

Stylish reading glasses that soften a square face

You may have noticed that people have second thoughts about approaching you, even though your closest friends swear that you have the most congenial personality. But the truth is right in front of that mirror. Your face has a square shape. It is a formidable and powerful face. Your jaw is pronounced and your forehead is wide.

For a man, a square face conveys undeniable strength, such as the face of Bruce Willis. For a woman, the square shape has led to many agonizing minutes of using makeup to soften the overall countenance. But some women, like Jamie Lee Curtis, appear comfortable with their square faces. The secret is around the eyes. With the right reading glasses or sunreaders, a woman does need to not worry much about makeup. The reader glasses that will soften the square face are those with round frames. For a really chic look, opt for designer reading glasses whose left and right edges flow past the shape of the face.

Define circular faces with chic reading glasses

You've been called baby-face so many times you're beginning to think it is your official nickname. When people see your round face, they can't help but think of babies, who are, after all, born with cute round faces.

However, you do not need to lose sleep over a face shape reminiscent of your childhood. Drew Barrymore and Kate Winslet are in the same boat. You should enjoy that youthful shape, but you also needed something else to make people realize that you are an adult.

To add sophistication to your appearance, you will need reading glasses with angular frames, with the horizontal widths significantly longer than the vertical length. To add glitz, you can opt for rhinestones and colored temples. Your best reading glasses should also have a distinct bridge between the eyes.

Keeping the proportions of an oval face with reading glasses

An oval face is considered the most balanced, and sometimes, the most coveted, especially when represented by the beautiful faces of Sharon Stone, Tyra Banks, and Cindy Crawford. An oval face's cheekbones are high, while the chin is slightly narrower than the forehead, and the jaws are soft.

For the oval face, the best reading glasses show off the simplicity of such balance. The size of the frames should be wider than the cheeks. And the reading glasses should be simple with minimum motifs or designs. You might be disappointed with the idea that designer reading glasses are not recommended for you, but there is really nothing needed to fix for your perfectly shaped face.

Reading glasses balance an oblong face

The oblong shape has been the culprit for creating the impression of sadness on a face. The cheek line is precisely defined, making it longer and narrower. The long face is conventionally associated with the sad face. But if you knew the alluring Gwyneth Paltrow has an oblong face, then there is nothing to be sad about.

To ensure that the right reading glasses complement such a face, you need to stick to three basic types. These are the low-triangle frames, the round frames, and the semi-rimless frames. These types of reader glasses add width to the face.

Stylish reading glasses that add sparkle to diamond faces

You may have found your reflection a little bit peculiar, especially when you and your friends are standing side by side in front of the mirror. The reason for the difference is the diamond shape of your face. Among your friends and family, you are the only one with such a face shape.

However, don't think of yourself as odd because Sophia Loren and Katherine Hepburn also have the same face shape. Think of yourself as rare. And think of yourself lucky because you look great in many types of reading glasses, including rimless frames, oval frames, and cat-eye frames. Designer reading glasses will look great on you, especially when the design is dominant along the brow lines.

How To Choose The Perfect Pair Of Reading Glasses

It used to be that reading glasses came in one style, and one style only: unflattering. Today, there are so many shapes, sizes and colors available, it's fun to find reading glasses you like. And you won't want to stop at just one pair. So how to pick?

Once you know the power of your lens, think about when you wear them. Do you wear them only at work? Or do you wear the same pair at home? You are more likely to purchase a pair that looks good if you will be seen in public with them. And if you are also wearing them at home, you will want a pair that is durable, and will stand up to being transported in your purse, pocket or briefcase. A pair with a matching case would be a good choice.

Second, think about the shape of your face. Different frames flatter different faces. If you have a round face, you might look for a pair that works with your curves. If your face is angular, likewise, you might be happy with a pair that softens your lines. In general, an optical professional can help you select the perfect frame for your face. You can also find charts to help you match your face shape to a complementary frame. Some websites offer assistance with an optical professional to help you make the best decision.

Thirdly, since frames come in myriad colors and patterns, it is good to look for a hue that complements your hair as well as your skin tone. But it is also fun to find a whimsical pair that will provide a splash of color, not to mention a great topic of conversation.

If you get a fun pair that you really love, you will want to get a funky necklace to hang them from, so they are on your person at all times. You never know when you'll need them. You may find yourself putting them on more than you have to.

By considering the factors above, you can be sure you will be wearing the best reading glasses for you. With the variety of fun colors and styles on the market, the possibilities are nearly endless!

7 Reasons You Might Want To Buy Your Loved Ones Reading Glasses

There comes a time in everyone's life that vision correction becomes a necessity. For some it is early in life, but for many glasses are not needed until later in life. Some of us are pretty good at fooling our friends into thinking we are younger than we actually are, unfortunately there is no fooling mother nature when it comes to eyes.

Many people will first go through a period of denial, they never needed glasses before and they sure don't need them now. This is the time when your eye care provider will put on their psychiatrist hat and try to phrase it ever so gently; that your eyes are growing up. This is also the time when loved ones are needed for support. As the wife, husband, friend, daughter, brother, or son, it is your job to watch for these signs and take action when appropriate.

7 Signs Your Beloved May Be Ready For Reading Glasses

  1. When out to dinner, they glance over the menu. You ask, "What looks good to you?" They reply with "It all looks delicious, but I want to hear the specials".
  2. They have a new found interest in lighting, and rearranging the lights around the sofa.
  3. When you ask for the time, they take a look at their watch and reply with "oh boy, look at the time, it's getting late"
  4. When they pick up reading material, they first sit up straight, then cock their head, and extend their arms, just a tad...
  5. They recently switched to only buy hardcover books
  6. They have been telling people they are 38 years old for the last five years
  7. The last time they made the microwave popcorn it came out burnt. When asked what happened, they replied that the popcorn button looks exactly the same as the potato button.
If 2 or more of the above symptoms hit home, you may need to purchase your loved one a pair of readers and tactfully leave them next to their reading material.

What is the Latest Fashion Trend For Eyeglasses?

Trends in eyeglasses may seem as though they change more often than your prescription. If you are in the market for new glasses, here are some of the things you need to know about recent trends.

Big Is in, but Only Sometimes

Big frames are in style right now, but only for sunglasses. What does this mean for you as you shop for new eyeglasses? You may consider splurging for prescription sunglasses with big, bold frames. These protect your eyes well and add that 'Hollywood' flair to your overall look.

Thick Frames Are All the Rage

Look at a picture of your relatives from the 70s, and you will notice that they wore thick, boxy, plastic frames. Today's glasses take a modern spin on this style. The lenses are smaller and rectangular in shape, but the thick, dark frames are definitely in, creating a sort of 'geek chic' look. In addition, colored plastic frames are in style, and many people are enjoying coordinating their glasses to match their outfits. Imagine donning a pair of pink glasses with your favorite pink blouse, and then trading them for a blue pair for that evening dress you own.

John Lennon Inspired Frames

Completely round glasses, such as those often worn by John Lennon, are also popular right now. Again, the frames are usually plastic, and they come in a variety of fashionable colors and patterns. Tortoiseshell is one option for those that want a little bit of color in their specs.

Rimless Glasses

Believe it or not, you can now buy glasses that have no rims. These have a noseband and some decoration on the earpieces, but there is nothing surrounding the lens. They can make quite a statement and draw attention to your eyes, rather than to your glasses.

Classic Styles Always Work

Thin, metal rims surrounding a lens shape that fits your face, whether circular, oval, or even square, are almost always an option. You can buy designer frames in these styles, and you will know that your glasses will match just about any outfit you may be wearing. Sometimes less is more, and these understated glasses will be fashionable for many years, help draw attention to your eyes, not your glasses, and work well in corporate America.

Don't Forget Your Face Shape

Wearing the latest trends is great, but only if they look good on you. Everyone has a unique face shape, and some frames will not look good on you. First think about the position of your eyes on your face. Make sure that your eyes fall within the center of the frames you are looking to buy. Also, consider your face's width. You should only have a small space between the edge of the frames and the side of your face.

Your eyebrow is another consideration. Never buy glasses that cross your brow line, and make sure that they are either quite a bit below or above your brows. Choose lenses that fit the proportions of your body as well. If you are slender and short, thick, bulky glasses are going to look out of place on your face.

The Bottom Line

While you may think you know what type of glasses you want and what latest trend you wish to wear, you cannot truly know what glasses will look great on you until you try them on. If you are going to order glasses online, visit a store so that you can try on several different styles and find the one that fits your face shape well before you order online. When you put on a pair of glasses that is trendy and looks good on you, you will know that they are the perfect pair the moment you look in the mirror!

How to Choose the Best Sunglasses For Your Face Shape

Choosing sunglasses can be a very overwhelming experiencing, considering that there are what seems like billions of choices to pick and choose from. While many people tend to just see a pair that looks good in the case, and then buy them, there are certain tips you should consider, like what shapes works best for your face shape, before buying an expensive pair of designer shades.

1. If you're round in the face: If you have a round face, a frame with straight lines, like rectangular or square frames will work best for your face. They add definition to the round face and give a beautifully defined look.

2. If you have an oval face: You're one of the lucky ones, because nearly every frame will work on you, whether you go with Aviator sunglasses or large oversized polarized shades, they're going to look great.

3. If you have a square face: It's like opposite of number one, you'll want to invest in round or oval shaped frames that will help offset angular shapes and create a softer and more contiguous shape.

4. For the heart-shaped faces out there: The heart-shaped faces often consist of a broader forehead with a thin and narrow jawline. For this shape, a thin frame, like wire frames are ideal because they draw attention.

5. Always choose the frames and styles that you love. These tips are only suggestions, if you see a pair of frames that you absolutely love, but don't quite follow these guidelines, I say go for it. Shades are intended to protect the eyes, and add some flair to your wardrobe.
